Role Description:

As a JR. Creative Services Associate at Pop! Promos, you will primarily work with our overseas team of designers, developing design templates that they will use to create product mockups for brands. This role reports to the Creative Team Manager and works closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams. Pop! places great emphasis on employee training and development. This is a great opportunity for you to gain valuable experience & grow within the company, where we are always promoting from within. 

This role is an exempt hybrid position located in Philadelphia, PA with an opportunity to take advantage of our work-from-anywhere policy 2 days a week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create efficient .psd and .ai design templates for team members to use when designing product mockups in conjunction with new product launch.
  • Maintaining and updating existing design templates to ensure continued functionality
  • Support the training of our overseas creative team on utilizing design templates.
  • Anticipate potential technical issues from the overseas team and be prepared to help solve.  
  • Read and interpret brand guidelines to help guide overseas teams in design direction for high value opportunities.
  • QC virtual designs to ensure product manufacturing limitations.
  • Understand product lines and provide feedback to the artist on product limitations and best practices.
  • Involved in product launch process as needed
  • Liaise with the Marketing team
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements

  • Associates degree required in a design field or 2+ years of relevant work experience. 
  • Proficient understanding in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to read and understand brand guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to quickly and accurately solve problems.
  • Ability to plan and execute a project to ensure tight deadlines are met.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask.
